Tirana, Best 2 year old mare in Denmark
The best 2 year old mare in Denmark, TiranaAt the Elite Spectacle this year the stud achieved to have the best 2 year old mare in the dressage discipline. The mare being Tirana. At www.varmblod.dk they describe her as follow:
It was to remarkable strong teams of 2 year old mares showed at Vilhelmsborg to fight for the title as the best mare of the year. Despite the fact that the young mares has been beautiful when it comes to type and function, the main part are also descendants from impressive pedigrees, where elite and medal mares has been standing in line in regards to representation.
In the dressage category this years best 2 year old mare was catalogue no. 134, the beautiful and feminine, black Tirana with sire Tailormade Temptation/Crelido from Gitte Søgaard and Povl Hove, Snedsted. In this case the judges appraised especially the extreme elastic topline and described the mare as a rubberball, that was able to carry herself with great impulsion and furthermore a mare that carries herself uphill.
Tirana is with gold medal mare Crelita as dam and represents the fifth generation at the stud.

Silver medal mare Svalgegårds Hottie, Krabbe, Esben Møller and PovlAt the Elite spectacle in September the stud showed three 3 year old mares.
One of the mares was Svalegårds Hottie with Blue Hors Hotlinie as sire. Hottie is bred by Jens Ckr. Krabbe, Snedsted and is sold to Blue Horse in Ranbøl. Hottie achieved a top position of the silver medal mares.
Diva Unik with Blue Hors Schufro/Primus also achieved a silver medal. Owner and breeder is Morten Skov, Randers.
The third mare is Catherina. She achieved a bronze medal and finished no. 2 in this category. She has Crelido as sire and grandsire is Weltjunge. Elite mare Female from the stud is grand dam. Catherina therefore originates from the same pedigree as Tirana - best 2 year old of the year.
Owner and breeder of Catherina is Povl Vestergaard, Hundborg.

Astrid and Chameur from the victory in DSA for 6 year oldsIt is with great honour and joy that we are able to announce that Charmeur has been sold to Holga Finken in Germany. The sale has been induced by Christian Vang-Lauridsen, who has followed Charmeur as a spectator during his victories with Astrid Gemal. We have enjoyed working together with Astrid Gemal, who has ridden Charmeur to victory in both the Championship for Young horses as a 5 year old in Herning and the DSA for 6 year olds at JBK Horse Show in Odense. Astrid Gemal was co-owner and all parties are looking forward to follow Charmeur with his new owner.
Charmeur is bred by the stud and owned both by the stud and Astrid Gemal. Dam is elite and bronze medal mare Female, and sire is elite stallion Crelido.

Nikita and Povl in Herning 2011Gold medal mare Nikita participated in the championship for young horses in Herning 2011. The equipage ended the weekend as no. 11 and she achieved 8,5 in rideability and capacity form the test rider. Nikita is owned and raised by Connie Tworek, Engesvang. We wish them congratulations and we are looking forward to our future cooperation.

The Champ in Herning 2011The Champ participated in the stallion selection in Herning in the dressage category. The Champ is after Crelido and dam is the bronze medal mare Akita and grand sire is Akinos. The Champ enjoyed to show off in Herning and we were very proud of the way he presented himself. It is a horse we are looking forward to working with. The Champ is born and owned by the stud.

Cristo in Herning 2011Cristo participated in the stallion selection as a part of the jumping category. He achieved the following description: .... appropriately nobel, large frames, harmonious stallion of a very good type with a good cantor. Cristo is after Crelido and grad sire is Pari Ace Dane. Breeder is Anita Dahl, Hundborg and he is owned by Pia Vistisen, Århus.
